Die Kuchen sind wirklich top. Allerdings ist der Service (insbesondere die chaotische Kassenabwicklung) grauenhaft. Die Dame, bei der wir bestellt haben, war super lieb. Allerdings beim bezahlen am Tresen musste man länger warten und wir hatten hier eine sehr unfreundliche Dame erwischt. Man musste selber wiedergeben, was man hatte. Hierbei kam beim Cappuccino die Frage ob einen großen oder kleinen wir hatten allerdings einfach einen Cappuccino bestellt, daher wussten wir nicht was die pampige Dame noch von uns hören wollte (eine normale Tasse Cappuccino hatte ihr nicht gereicht). The bakery with ice cream parlour is located on the main road through Ettal and is always well visited. We definitely know why: The cake and the bread are just delicious. Sehr unfreundliche Dame, bei der höflichen Frage ob man mir bitte Geld wechseln könnte für den Parkautomaten sagte man nein, nur wenn ich etwas kaufe. Bei der zweiten Frage ob man mir bitte sagen könnte wo ich Geld wechseln könnte wurde ich direkt angeschrien. Der Ton macht die Musik.

Unternehmen bekommt es offensichtlich nicht hin die Öffnungszeiten zu aktualisieren. Standen am Sonntag vor einem verschlossenen Laden, obwohl sie laut Google offen haben.

Sehr modern und saubere Bäckerei. Verkäuferinnen waren sehr nett und unglaublich herzlich. Gebäck und Kaffee haben auch sehr gut geschmeckt.
