Uluru is a good three-star restaurant that offers food at a reasonable price point. My companion and I ended up here by chance, as our original choice, Embers, turned us away due to reservations. Uluru greeted us warmly and took good care of us during our meal. I decided to try something different and ordered a burger with chips for £16. The chips were hand-cut, but unfortunately, I did not enjoy them as they were not cooked at the right temperature and did not taste fresh. Had a 5-star experience here with my grandmother on Saturday night from start to finish at this Australian styled restaurant with a touch of home sprinkled in. Tried the venison for the first time to see what it was like and definitely won’t be the last time I try it either. Had to be one of the best cuts of meat I have ever tasted, was tender, rich, soft and succulent. Melt in the mouth stuff. Granny had the fillet steak, as per usual, which was faultless again. The experience was amazing. We were lucky to find a table as it was difficult to find a place that could accommodate us. We were thrilled when they said yes. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely return.
