Sahibi Süleyman Bey’in hoş sohbeti ile aktardığı anılarını dinlerken geçen zamanın farkında bile olmuyorsunuz. Her damak zevkine hitap etmekle birlikte, gittiğim Cumartesi gününe özel yapılan cağ kebabı Erzurum’da yediğim kebaplardan bile daha lezzetli geldi. Je m'assure toujours de manger à Ulusoy chaque fois que je visite cette région. La nourriture est délicieuse, le service est parfait et le propriétaire est toujours gentil. La soupe aux lentilles est mon plat préféré avec les brochettes de poulet. Mes amis ont essayé d'autres ... plats et l'ont apprécié. L'emplacement est dans la vieille ville mais avec un accès facile depuis la route principale. Je le recommande
