As far as I could see, there were three as vegetarian excellent ramen options. I had the spicy version. Although I like and often eat sharp Asian noodle soup, this has not tasted so well here. Maybe it was because she was relatively oily? I don't know if she was really vegan. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait until a place was assigned. It was quite full, tight and loud. The service was very fast. For the fact that very simple ingredients were in the dish, the price was too high. When we came out, a long serpent stood in front of the door. first of all a delicious and authentic ramen shop that is certainly worth visiting. they have three vegan ramen options, including shiyu and miso ramen, veggie dumplings and several vegetarian dishes. the prices are moderate, but the size of the portions is okay. when we went there at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, it was really full and we had to wait. bring them a little time, especially at the weekend. the staff was nice and helpful and we were quickly served.
They’re my favourite Ramen Place in Stuttgart. Plenty of Vegeterian options ramen can be veganised with udon noodles instead of their regular noodles. Their bowl contain mayonnaise which can be removed on request but the taste suffers without the mayonnaise. Would love if they could offer vegan mayonnaise!
