First off, this is one of the Best Sushi experiences that I have had. The Omakase option is a must try. The artfulness, creativity and choice ingredients are extremely satisfying. Each piece is made with so much care and leaves you in a state of almost meditation, as you take in the experience. Chef Evan Lin is also one of the most personable people I have ever had serve me in that capacity. He is genuine and really takes his time to make sure you are having an experience worthy of praise. The vibe is very chill and low key making for a more intimate experience.
Had 'Sushi Deluxe ' for $30.95 on Sunday. The fish is very fresh and was one of the top qualities we had in Westchester since post-Covid. Also, serving size is generous. That said, our review is mixed, as the varieties were limited: no egg, no roe, no eel, no shrimp etc. We noticed the description after the fact, but there are certain expectations when ordering 'Sushi deluxe '. So happy to find a great sushi place with extremity fresh fish close by! We sat at a table and were jealous of everyone enjoying the omakase experience at the counter, we will definitely be back to try it. Appetizers and the sushi we had were all great. I absolutely love this place. Its some of the best Omakase ive had. Chef Evan is always coming up with new amazing ideas that will just make you say WOW. Phenomenal sushi experience at the sushi bar with the chef. Each piece was expertly prepared with unique flavors. Truly authentic and high end- better than any other place I’ve tried in Westchester. Nice experience. The host is so friendly. And the chef has a nice sense of humor. Got a pretty joyful dinner there with my boyfriend. Food is pretty good and fresh too, worth of that price.
