Although they do not have a clearly identified vegetarian menu, the waiting staff is very knowledgeable and was sure to ask if foods are fried in the same oil as meat was a problem before I told myself what vegan options there were. Anyway, they had many good vegan dishes. Try the Moyashe-Age for some amazing Brussels shoots. And her vegan gyoza were also amazing. just what I can say is awesome and fresh sushi! the personal is great and attentive! Pricey...ummmm a bit, but I'm sticking this on the post covid bs that experience any business. I'll be back in a definitiw!
