Although they do not have a clearly identified vegetarian menu, the waiting staff is very knowledgeable and was sure to ask if foods are fried in the same oil as meat was a problem before I told myself what vegan options there were. Anyway, they had many good vegan dishes. Try the Moyashe-Age for some amazing Brussels shoots. And her vegan gyoza were also amazing. I saw a review on Happy Cow and decided to try this restaurant during the quarantine. The food was delicious and the vegetable roll exceeded my expectations. I just wish they had more vegan options available.
