I've visited this restaurant twice now, and my first experience was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of service. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse. There was a complete lack of attention to detail, and the waitstaff hardly checked in to see if I needed anything. I was initially provided no napkins, then no utensils, and my drink was in need of a refill. I ultimately had to get up to help myself while the staff sat nearby chatting. It was hard to ignore the noticeably better service given to white patrons, which I do not belong to. Although the food was decent, the way I was treated really soured my experience. I won't be coming back.
Went there last week for a ham, bacon and sausage omelet...the omelet was small, barely any meat and it was diced so small that I had to scrounge around for it. I am not sure what 's going on, but it was not worth the money. I was hoping that some of the negative interviews were not the norm but yet another Weymouth diner is on my do not return list. The only saving grace Is that the server was nice. To The Omelette Factory in Pembroke: I see now that you 're worth the drive. Will never cheat on you again. :
I tried to order takeout, but all I received was a text message directing me to place my order online. I didn't want to do that due to some specific allergies. If you're not willing to answer the phone for your customers, maybe you should reconsider your business model. I used to be a regular customer, but now I'm looking for better breakfast options elsewhere.
