I was lucky to have the oncle eat out of the food truck in the middle of the week. man, I had a Waynes world moment.! now I have smoked meat on my menu that my customer likes and I think is pretty crashing hot! After trying to drive there to eat, I wanted to go there lkw and like this classic seen in wayne s world, fall on my knee and say in not worthy! . well done chef!

we had the Uncle Cup crew at our Christmas party. it was a great night and everyone carved about how good it was to eat. I would definitely recommend to rent Uncle Cops for anyone considering these young for big meetings :

Delicious food. I had the pork belly bits with chips and slaw today and it was so soft and melt in the mouth. I wish I could eat it every day.

tonight I tried the slowly boiled pig dog on the meat was great that it just fell from the bone and was soo tender and very tasty. Thank you!
