My Ubereats order was for a small onion pizza with cheese and special instructions for no tomatoe sauce at all. But received with a lot of sauce. This is not the first time. I didn't complained the first time but now. I called and a person name Steve told me to go there, return the pizza and offer to make another one. But what is the point? I order for delivery because I am sick and cannot go there. I told him that. My point is that mistakes happens but the restaurant could've provided a better customer service by sending me a new one instead of asking me to go there.
This is the second time I've taken my family to Uncle Joes. The ambiance is a bit old fashioned but so is the service: Kind, professional and exceptionally friendly! Food is fresh and ABUNDANT! There is not horrible music pounding in the background like most restaurants these days either. Annette, our waitress was great! The only downside is they need to hire a window cleaner for the clear greenhouse ceiling... looks a bit dirty.
Parking: There are two parking areas; one is in the back, which is mainly for employees or for quick pickups, while the larger lot in the front is for customers.
Kid-friendliness: It's a great spot for family meals! They have kid-sized cups, a variety of crayons, and they offer pink lemonade, which the kids I know absolutely love. The staff is also very welcoming to children.
This restaurant has been around for a long time and with good reason ! The pizza was 10 out of 10 , the sauce , the cheese , the pie crust was done authentic old school but bursting with flavors .I'd forgotten how great this place was. Now I have a new pizza joint for those lazy Sundays. A def must try if you've never been and also very affordable.

Very friendly staff. Love the ambiance. If you get a chance sit outside during the warmer months. Well balanced menu. I always start with the Gorgonzola salad. Excellent pasta dishes. Perfect portions. Big fan of the chicken Parm. So satisfying!
This Italian restaurant offers good value for money and features a lovely greenhouse room, which I didn't have the chance to dine in, but I'll definitely be back for it next time!
The person who took our order stood across the room from us. Didnt even bother to come to the counter where we were standing. Very offensive!!!!
If you are looking for pretty authentic Greek food, they have some! They also have good fish and chips and pizzas. Would come here again
