The manager really should reflect on her behavior, as no one deserves to be treated poorly for asking questions based on what they were presented with. Be cautious if you plan to visit – make sure to inquire about any time limits for their advertised prices, and perhaps wait until your bill is processed to ensure it falls within the Happy Hour timeframe. While the food wasn't particularly impressive, we ate it since we had skipped lunch. However, due to our experience, we will not be returning. I've traveled extensively and even lived in California, where Mexican cuisine is as authentic as it gets. Unfortunately, I found the food here to be quite bland, especially considering the premium prices. On the plus side, the bar and social scene are fantastic, and I would definitely return for Happy Hour or drinks anytime. The service was also commendable. It’s a shame the food didn’t meet expectations. The menu is somewhat limited; while the fajitas seemed to be their standout dish, many of the better options are priced between $30 and $40 or more. At that price point, I expect gourmet quality, which was unfortunately not delivered.
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was fresh, the drinks were fantastic, and the chips and salsa were flavorful. We definitely intend to make this a regular stop every time we're in town. Next time, we plan to try the chocolate piñata. The manager, Romeo, was exceptional! I really hope I got their name right because they were incredibly friendly. Between the delicious food and the pleasant conversation, it was truly a memorable experience.
