We were booked to stay in the rooms at this restaurant, as we had a business meeting nearby the next morning. The rooms were a little basic, but large, clean and reasonably priced. The restaurant has an extensive menu. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with the food choice. I had a trio of lake fish for my main course which was excellent. This place has a buzz during the early evening, and we were told it is much more busy in season. (which had just finished). Definitely would go back if we are in the area again.

Had a very tasty lunch of grilled salmon from their fixed price menu. I was also staying at their hotel, which is family run and very friendly. I’d also recommend the Rössli for the hotel and their breakfasts, which are also open to non-residents. Great two weeks here while on business in the area.

This restaurant tries to be something where they have no capability (fine dining). The portions are over processed. And therefore the food tastes a bit odd and the ingredients don't match. There are much betters restaurants nearby.
