"A weekend with friends led us to this hotel, an older house with cozy flair, breakfast at the tile stove is pleasant when the temperatures are outside at the freezing point, home maker sausage and homemade jams round the morning. The kitchen is seasonal, regional and rustic, we had wild boar roasts with apple-red cabbage and Thuringian clots, steak aufour, salad, pepper steaks with pifferlings. Dia card had corresponded to the season still pumpkin dishes. The spices originate mainly from the in-house spice garden. Very original: there were Danziger Kantapfel from their own garden. The proximity to the Rennsteig and the Inselsberg is ideal for hikers and Mountai Biker!"
