This place was incredible! Just a fun vibe, amazing tasty drinks, and UnderGround Lounge bar is one of the best bar I’ve ever met. It’s a very unique place, so it gets crowded early. We came when they opened for a pre-dinner cocktail and all the seats were immediately occupied. I think the thing I loved most though was that while it’s a bar focused on tasty drinks and Underground lounge has the best music, every time you go there it’s a vibe., it didn’t have the usual pretentiousness or club atmosphere that many bars have in Richmond.
I had a fantastic experience at UnderGround Lounge! The food, drinks, music, and overall atmosphere were excellent. I had to change my reservation three times, but the bar manager was incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions, even when I may have been a bit of a challenging customer. They went above and beyond to make sure my guests were comfortable throughout the evening. I will definitely be returning, thanks to the wonderful team at UnderGround Lounge!
I hosted a birthday gathering last Wednesday night and had an amazing time. The birthday package deals are very affordable, and I highly recommend this place for anyone celebrating their birthday. The atmosphere is fantastic, with great DJs that create a vibe that makes you want to sit back and enjoy drinks all night! The drinks are also incredibly delicious. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10/10!
I just celebrated my birthday here, and absolutely enjoyed myself. The food, hookah, music were great, and the entertainment did not disappoint. The owner was actually a big part in my good experience because he was professional, accommodating and you can tell that he genuinely wants his customers to enjoy themselves as much as possible. Safe environment and attentive. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible! We hosted a birthday party for around 25 people on a Wednesday night, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere at Underground is amazing, with drinks and hookah both priced at just $5! It’s truly the best happy hour. The cocktails, ambiance, staff, and venue all receive a perfect score of 10/10. I highly recommend it for a great experience at Underground Lounge!
It was my first time going to the UnderGround Lounge and I most say that the service was amazing. The hookah was great, very smooth and no burning in your throat. Bartenders were friendly and on point with bringing everything back promptly that was requested. The drinks are very tasty. Specially $5 drinks all night and $5 hookah is the best deals. I will be back again this place.

Fantastic place, really nice staff and efficient at making the drinks and the drinks are very tasty. Security were very strict and that you like that safety is there main priority . That you felt safe. I enjoyed myself all night. Really UnderGround Lounge is fantastic and a great night out, overall very impressed.
