I have dined at this restaurant a few times in the past and recently went with some friends on a Saturday. We had made a reservation weeks in advance, but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. We were seated upstairs, which was a bit disappointing as the atmosphere wasn't as nice as downstairs, but we didn't let it bother us. We ordered two bottles of wine, appetizers, entrees, coffees, and desserts. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. However, there was a mishap when our coffees were brought out, resulting in one of my friends accidentally spilling coffee all over me. C'est un charmant restaurant italien du vieux monde qui rappelle une autre époque. C'était un jour de neige et le restaurant n'était pas bondé pour le déjeuner, mais la nourriture était excellente. Le pain était frais et délicieux. Le minestrone fait maison était léger et parfumé. Les crevettes étaient excellentes. C'était l'anniversaire de ma copine, et notre serveur, de sa propre initiative, a apporté un délicieux dessert avec un message au chocolat. Nous reviendrons en tout cas.
Je ne suis pas revenu depuis quelques années. Je voulais un endroit confortable pour passer une soirée entre amis. Rappelle la Via Veneto ... et cela n'a pas déçu! Cool, confortable et la nourriture était délicieuse! Nous reviendrons!
I was seated upstairs at a table with another family sharing the same table, and to make matters worse, we were right next to a table of 20. There were more people hovering over us than in Penn Station.

Finally returned for dinner and it was thoroughly enjoyable! Table for 4 was roomy and the service was excellent.
