Unic Migjorn Ibiza Suites

we started with a beautiful chicken liver and thunfishtar, but after that everything was quite subduing. we had recommended a local wine from the waiter who was €45, but tasted like a 10 € bottle. also the prawn posidonia buzzed me all wrong, the garnelen tasted excessively fish (as garnel.) I really enjoyed the goat dish, but unfortunately I was the only person on a table of 4 who enjoyed this court. the baked cook has clear some skills, because all desserts were amazing. the personal was also beautiful so that we had a good night.

Un cadre unique, une cuisine qui utilise les produits locaux et des contenants d'artistes insulaires. Harmonie entre mer et terre. Personnel accueillant et attentif. Sur les 14 plats difficile de faire Un choix.J'ai aimé les viandes, sans porter sur le sucré, les desserts, surprenant à la vue et au goût. Ça faut le détour. Bravo au Bordelais.

I can only say amazing. We take the long tasting menu. to every dish you try ibiza on all the dishes, in addition to an impeccable service, one of the things I got the most was to know the history of each dish and what the chef had based on it. I don't know how the star still doesn't.

this place is absolutely spiritual. the service, the presentation, the concept and above all the aromen were all we have ever experienced in ibiza. it is hard to choose a favourite dish, because everything was perfect.

amazing tasting menu. the best I've ever tasted and of course the best in the area. super-attentive and super-kind people.
