Não sei o que aconteceu com o restaurante. O nível despencou. Fui há duas semanas, pedi um mojito e uma entrada. O mojito teve que ser trocado por uma caipirosca porque estava horrível. A entrada tinha bom tempero, mas a carne estava dura. Além de ruim, os preços eram absurdos. Não há problema em pagar caro, desde que a comida tenha qualidade. Algo que definitivamente não tinha na Universal. Ficamos tão insatisfeitos com os pedidos iniciais que não tivemos coragem de pedir os pratos principais. Além da comida pavorosa, a música ambiente era desagradável, muita alta e nada compatível com o lugar. Não indico a ninguém. A Universal não é mais a mesma.

Eu pedi o seitan com molho de shoyo, palha de batata e rice com repolho. To spice and texture of seitan são grande, but foi muito out. O garçom justifiou dizer que era porque ele tinha shoyo, mas quando você faz um prato com shoyo você não põe muito sal. Tive of asking for fazeres outro because não could eat. It is a very special place different from many others in Brasilia. The decoration is very funky like a theater or something like that. Different styles combination with good and cozy illumination. The waiters are quick and friendly. The food was very good and the wine card has many options. The music is on a good level so you can have a conversation without talking loud. We really liked the place.

Loved this place, the interiors are creative and fun and include modern antiques, and vinyls. Here you can find a good variety of meat dishes. I really enjoyed my dish which was a rack of lamb garnished to perfection. Good drinks menu to accompany the meal.
