I have rated the atmosphere with three stars because this restaurant is for takeout only, not for dining in. The food is consistently good and the wait times are reasonable. The prices are typical and in line with other takeout options in the area. They offer standard Chinese vegetarian options. There is parking available nearby, but no dedicated venue car park. The premises is wheelchair accessible, all on one level with wide doors for wheelchair access if needed.

Been using Unversal for 20+ years. Loved the chicken noodle soup followed by chicken fried rice but the chips were disgusting, tasted as they had been left over from the day before and reheated numerous times. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will be back in a hurry.
