We decide to get an early dinner around 5pm. Showed up and got a nice table outside with JT as our server. Soon people started to full the place. JT was on point and didn't miss a thing from refilling our drinks to finding me some malt vinegar for my fries. The drinks came out in a timely fashion and our food was still hot off the grill. My husband had the grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich and I had a bacon/cheese burger medium well both were delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy and seem to be popular with both the locals and travelers. Clayton is a charming small town with several great shops to explore and find treasures. We will most definitely return to both!
I decided to give this restaurant a try because it’s pet-friendly, which is always a bonus. We didn’t have to wait long for a table. Once we were seated, the hostess promptly brought a water bowl for our dog, which was a nice touch. However, we had to wait a bit for our waiter to come over. We placed our order right away because we sensed we might not see him again for a while (we only saw him three times during our visit). The appetizer was delicious, and the main dishes were decent. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly spot, this place is ideal, but don’t expect exceptional food or service.
A fantastic spot for lunch in Clayton, Georgia. We stopped by and were taken care of by Renee. We shared a Cheddarburger with fries and BBQ Nachos topped with jalapeños. Renee also whipped up an Arnold Palmer for us. My wife simply had a glass of water. The only reason I rated the food four stars instead of five was that the burger was cooked less than medium, which my wife specifically requested. However, the 8-ounce burger was delicious. Definitely give this place a try when you're in town!
I highly recommend dining at this restaurant; you won't regret it! The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. We started with the Brisket Nachos, which were fantastic—everything, including the BBQ sauce, seemed to be homemade. For my main dish, I had the Caesar salad with chicken, and it was incredibly fresh. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Plus, if you have a dog, you can sit outside, and they even provide a bowl of water for your furry friend. How thoughtful!

I didn’t catch the name of the restaurant before we arrived, but it was very busy, so we decided to give it a try! It was excellent! We had the Brisket Nachos, the Cheddar Bacon Burger, and the halved fries with the Nabeby. The flavors were amazing. Unfortunately, the burger wasn’t cooked to medium, and some of the nachos were a bit overcooked from frying, making them hard to separate. However, we both had a great time overall.
The Universal Joint is a great spot for lunch in the area. We visited on a Sunday and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The food here is excellent! The egg rolls with mango chutney are a must-try! Their salads and sandwiches are also delicious. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal. They have a good selection of drinks, including fruit juices. Our server, Teressa, took great care of us.
Cool atmosphere in an old service station. The food was pretty good. Nicely busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Firecracker chicken sandwich was very good. My wife had an arugula salad with chicken and loved him. Server was a bit slow and seemed to jump a bit over us. I didn't keep this against the place because they were busy.
I was recommended this place by a local shop, and it turned out to be quite good. I ordered the Steinbeck Burger, and the pimento cheese was excellent. However, the burger patty itself was just average—nothing particularly special.

Always good food. Great atmosphere. On another note, time to order new glasses. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but I think you got your money out of the glasses.
