University Coffee

I ordered an iced matcha today on my way out of nac and unfortunately not very well made. Some tips to get matcha smooth, is you mix it in with a small amount of water (traditionally with a small bamboo whisk) but I also found a milk frother does a verynice job. And once you have that done you mix it into the milk. Don?t know if this was a one off and maybe the person didn?tknow how. The flavor is good but when it?s chunky like this when you get some of that unmixed powder in your mouth it?s bitter.So next time I?ll probably stick with my second choice, a chai. Thanks!
