that was okay. the service was not. the stand was dirty with crumbling. the waitress would disappear for a long time. we had to ask for necessary things like a fork, serviettes. we asked to go boxes and waited for them forever. I had a birthday coupon, but nobody knew how to use it. instead of just saying that the manager let us wait for about 30 minutes before we just gave up and decided to pay the bill without the credit card. the restaurant was quite empty so I don't understand why there was a long wait for every little ding.
Lors de votre visite, le restaurant ne semblait pas occupé, mais l'un de nos apéritifs n'était pas sorti, un plat pour enfants et un plat pour adulte n'étaient pas apportés avec les repas du dîner. Nous avons dû attendre quelques minutes pour que ces plats soient apportés pendant que tout le monde mangeait. La serveuse ne s'est excusée pour aucune de ces erreurs
Upon visiting, the restaurant did not seem busy however one of our appetizers was not brought out, one kids entree and one adult entree were not brought out with the dinner meals. We had to wait 10/15 minutes for those dishes to be brought while everyone else ate. The waitress did not apologize for any of these errors.
Date night but the food was just terrible it was rushed out the wings were too spicy and overcooked and the pizza wasn’t done in the middle it was a deep dish and it was very “doughy” and undone and the flavors wasn’t there would never come back. My server was very nice and kind though tipped him well.

the service started great, but short staff had our waiter several tasks and must be called to see about us. thanks to jt for the efforts and their bartending skills were on the point.
We absolutely loved going to Unos! it was well set up and we were the only ones on the patio and the service was quick and courteous!
As always, the food was excellent. Our waitress was awesome and they spaced everyone out for COVID safety.
