The service was excellent. The food on the other hand was sub par. My husband ordered a New York style BBQ chicken pizza hoping for thin crust. If you hope for crispy thin crust, you will be disappointed, but if you like soft doughy pizza crust, you will enjoy it. I was really hoping for a Chicago style deep dish pizza, but the waitress said they were out of personal and small, so I would 've had to order a 10 piece deep dish for myself--no thanks! This let me know that the dough isn 't even made fresh in the restaurant. They must come Frozen or something because why else would they be out of smaller portions? weather it is comfort eating or a very nice steak dinner you will find everything here. today was very hot so we chose the lighter rate. cherries and berries for my wife and a kilysalat for me. yummy! add a cold drink and they have a nutritious meal that is both satisfying and refreshing. then add violet, our waitress and its culinary experience is complete. fair prices, good service and wonderful decisions make this the place to go. they will not be disappointed.
Service very good. Two of us shared the large nacho plate. It was disappointing .the platter was.loaded with chips. All the add-ons were piled on top of one another fight in the middle. The mass had solidified and made it difficult to eat. I suspect it was made up ahead of time and reheated. What else explains the solidified mass? The mazorella sticks were very good .we wished we had double ordered them and skipped the nachos.
I live in montreal, but always come and eat at uno when I am in burlington, because eating is so good, the restaurant is super cozy, and the service is always friendly and efficient. I am soouuuo happy that they now have vegan cheese and have bribed a pizza with roasted vegetables. it is delicious and meets the place. her lunch can not be beaten, great suppen, great salat, crispy pommes and fresh hot pizza. a franchise of the famous Chicago foods, this location has beautiful, friendly staff and the service is fast and attentive. at weeks, especially playing days, expect a lot. the atmosphere is perfect for playing, so consider. parking is abundant. eating is above average, and the menu changes, although pizza is the attraction. highly recommended!
Visited this restaurant recently while in town for a family wedding. The service was slow to begin with and called attention to our server who apologized and quickly took our order. The food did not look or taste fresh and the soup that three in my party had was barely warm. Too many great restaurant's in the area to bother returning here.
very good experience! eat very good! burger has perfectly cooked! the waitress was great! very friendly. we had everything we needed to put our appetizers in right away before they took our escape. our riders did not come as we had ordered it, but they took care of the right ones and $5 off our order!
The food was great! However, my husband requested no tomatoes and his burger had a bunch of them. Our drinks were empty for more than half of our visit. I never received the meatballs I asked for.
