Upali's - Réserver une table

We are somewhat regular customers to upalis..when we went for dine in today, decided to have a lunch set menu. There were good and bad things.GoodFood was good..tasty.BadOrdered two ginger tea. Amongst two tea pots there was one tea pot which had something sticky (white) on spout. When we told this to the matured guy at the cashier, he tried to wipe it off with his bare hand and tried to give it back to us telling its sugar. Moreover he told there are no more ginger tea in the restaurant which is surprising. He took it off from the table and didn't add it to the bill. It's good and sorted.. but there is something wrong with his attitude and no apology was there. Took away the tea and we had...

Great place to have authentic and genuine Sri Lankan good. Located near to Syndal metro station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of options are available for vegetarians as well. Nice and upscale ambience. It's very popular hangout place for family and friends. Must visit if you are in and around the Melbourne suburbs.Vegetarian options: Many options for vegetarian dishes available.Parking: Parking is available on the road facing the restaurant.

we came to dinner, not very busy and many empty tables. we ordered a escape and 3 nets and they took them 1 hour to serve the nets with roti. from 3 meal times, 2 of them are already cold. my bark on hot plate is very dry the bottom of some pieces even burned. not go back, the next restaurants are better and fast than here.
