He even inquired about our dining preferences, whether we wanted our courses together or the traditional way of appetizers followed by entrees, a thoughtful touch often overlooked by other restaurants. We are in from out of town (and out of the country), and have a few days in Queens. We planned on eating at a different restaurant for each meal. After eating a lunch here yesterday at The Upper Crust, we knew we 'd be back. The food was off the charts delicious, the service was friendly, and the portions were large.We came back today for dinner, and asked our server, Gabe, for his recommendations of items we hadn 't eaten the day before. He steered us to a terrific selection, and we ate until our stomachs were filled to the brim. Gabe was a pleasure, with good humor and great service.I have a friend from Queens, and I texted him just three words which sum it all.up: Upper Crust. Wow!

The service was very professional, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without delay. If I could, I would give this restaurant ten stars. Our waiter, Gabe, was exceptional; he frequently checked on us to see if we needed anything and was always eager to help. He is undoubtedly one of the most efficient and amiable waiters I've ever encountered.

Kosher and very very popular! Got there as it opened on Saturday evening. The place filled up super quick! Delicious and light dishes. Get the cauliflower poppers! DELICIOUS. Wish I had taken a picture. Only wine and beer were available at the time. Got a bottle of wine and 3 cans of wine to split amongst four people which was just enough for us. Show up around 545 on Saturday and you'll most likely find parking right away, but after 6 or so all the spots were gone!
Service is horrible . We had to sit ourselves down , nobody gave us a menu, we had to get the menu ourselves. We asked our waiter for containers to pack the leftover food , he said ok and never came back . Had to get up and get the containers ourselves and pack up our food. The waiter that we had was useless , didn’t bother to help at all. Would give no stars but unfortunately not an an option .
The service here is outstanding. The food is served fresh and hot. The interior is spacious, and the tables are roomy enough to accommodate multiple dishes, which is quite convenient. I highly recommend visiting this place with friends, family, or for a date.
Wow.. what a pizza, super delicious., an individual whole pie starting from $16 and up. Service was great. (Servers were speaking different languages) Nice music in the background. Street parking.

We visited as a large group, and they certainly met our needs. The food was quite good, and when the bill arrived, it was much lower than we expected.
Great spot for a meal! We attended a party there and were impressed by the attentive service that catered to the needs of all the guests.
