i have been this place many times and its normal great but i went in to the take out on 21/09/2019 and ordered at 12 inch pizza with sides after a night out to get home with a 9 inch pizza. so i rang up to tel them they made a mistake to me meet by a hostile employee telling me i was wrong and got defensive from the outset i ask for the manager but hes not back till late October so would avoid till he gets back cause the staff are useless with out him
The pizza was lovely, very cheesy and squishy just like a good takeout pizza should be! I am normally nervous ordering gluten free takeout due to cross contamination issues but the staff were very helpful and reassuring about my concerns and put me at ease (I am coeliac and they use different utensils/oven etc. Will definitely be ordering from them again :
Online order was never delivered. Waited over an hour, then met with incredibly rude and hostile customer service on the phone when I complained. Was told it had already been delivered even though I had been waiting at the door for half an hour. I was aggressively told that I wad wrong. Do not trust the staff here they will lie and try to manipulate you.
I can't fault the food from here, as it's always amazing. However, it is very expensive for the size of the items that you get. The staff are a bit hit and miss, some are really lovely while some are rude and make you feel like a pain for giving them your business. Réservez une table maintenant
Charged me £221 for a couple of pizzas only noticed when getting back to our hotel as I had a notification on my phone ! Be very careful when paying by apple pay I just wondering how many other people they have done it too
Genuinely one of the nicest pizzas I've had in a long while admit was just a regular cheese and tomato. It was also early by 20 minutes!!! Will definitely be ordering agai
This place does great pizza. We’ve eaten here a few times and they also have some very generous offers available. Delivery quick and friendly staff. Would use again
Ordered a 9 bbq meaty which was not far off 6 then crust for £9.80 and had very little taste. OK if you was a half canned student! Réservez une table maintenant
