Upper Crust Pizzeria

when we walked in there was one person working the floor who looked at us as if to say why are you here ordered a large pizza that was half hawaiian and half pepperoni and medium wings. food arrived quickly the hawaiian half of the pizza was super undercooked and had zero flavor. being from new york i would say it was reasonably close to ny style crust had it been cooked however unfortunately once i took it home and cooked it i ended up with zero crust at all. $23.99 for the large pizza to overpriced for the quality we got pizza hut and dominos are still way better unfortunately. the wings were fine. the atmosphere was horrible i have lived in the neighborhood for many years and this place just does not fit it. it is so white and bright inside i felt like i was in an operating room. but the worst part aside from spending 24$ on a pizza i ended up tossing as it was so bad was that the only person we saw (there was a guy behind stacks of boxes that you could not see) was so unfriendly not a single smile the entire time we were in there. the energy was horrible in there. i do not know if the reviews i read were fake or what but my experience was not remotely close to theirs.

Rainy night hot cheesy pizza to balance. Been hearing good things from upper crust so decide since I was in the area to stop and grab a few slices and they were great. Got them loaded with toppings. The crust had a nice chew, cheesy and crispy around the edges and good foldability. Cashier was friendly and quick multitasking handling multiple order and to gos.Standard pizzeria type atmosphere big oven, glass case to showcase slices, a few tables and chairs for dining.

Ordered a pizza and fries to arrive at 7:15pm tonight based on family arriving for Friday night dinner. The delivery occurred at 6:58. I called and voice my problem, cold pizza and soggy fries at dinner time! I was told let me double check on this and I sit on hold now for 27 minutes and counting. Why have a delivery time posted if it is just ignored!

I Arrived to Upper Crust at their opening time 11am. I try to order 1 slice of pizza the cashier informed me that they have no pizzas ready at the moment and that the pizzas will not be ready until 11:30am. I don’t under how the pizzas are not ready for purchase during opening time. Do better

Serves Vegan cheese. The Veggie pizza with broccoli very tasty and unusual to have as topping
