We ended up at this restaurant because the place we originally planned to visit was closed. On Saturday, September 28, 2008, we went there for the lunch buffet. It seems like every take-out restaurant in the area is improving and providing better options for less money. Unfortunately, the chicken tandoori was quite old. There was another chicken dish (I can't remember the name) that clearly seemed like leftovers from a prior event. The rice was just a basic offering, and the daal was something that barely anyone wanted to try. The paneer pakoras were served cold, despite being on top of the heating device. If I make a list of restaurants that is a must visit, definitely this will be one of them This place has everything that an Indian authentic restaurant needs. The sweet and salted lassi that I had was the best that I have ever had. Angoori Jamun with gud ki rabri was the highlight of the evening. It was a very nicely prepared dessert with exact amount of sweetness. If I could I would rate this restaurant 100 out of 5 It is a must visit place
I will never return to this restaurant. I wanted to give it a try, but it was such a terrible experience that I won’t be back. A large waiter took our order but ended up forgetting it. Then, someone who seemed to be the manager came over and told us we hadn’t ordered, even though we had. It was very unprofessional. The food had no flavor at all; it just tasted like heavy cream.
Wonderful dining experience! Great atmosphere, beautifully updated, love the renovations. Awesome service and very personal attention from both owners and staff. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return! The restaurant offers a Desi experience without being overwhelming, and the food is delicious without being smothered in yogurt sauce. The breads are perfect, and the service staff are wonderful. I only wish they were complimentary, haha!
We were there for the first time with family. Ambiance was very good. Service was excellent. My wife was fasting that day chef was very accommodating of her request. Food was fresh excellent !!!!!!!
Great experience. We had a party of over 30 people on a busy Friday and the staff was very timely and accommodating. Every single thing I ate was excellent! Definitely will recommend.
My wife and I discovered Urban Spice by chance, and we’re so glad we did. The aromas were absolutely incredible! The service was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

One of the best Indian restaurants in Oaktree road. Has good lunch buffet options. Quick and very attentive service. Having a dedicated parking lot is a plus
