If it wasn 't for the fantastic wait staff and the outstanding bartender this would be 1 star. And, honestly, if the food was half as good as my Old Fashioned this would be a 4 star review. Hats off to Karl he takes his mixology seriously and the two old fashioneds where as good or better than the best I have ever had. My husband and I came here for the 1st time. The atmosphere was dull, no music, and it smelled musty. We waited to be seated for at least 3 to 4 minutes, and it wasn't because it was busy. There was a couple at the bar that was being taken care of, and as I was observing there were five people sitting and eating, I noticed three servers in the back talking among themselves. Finally, we were seated, and our order was taken. It took an exceptionally long time for just our drinks. My husband's burger was well done when asked to be medium well, his drink was poured improperly, and my salad was taken over with croutons. It took a while to get seated after we walked in as they are clearly understaffed. I think we only saw 3 employees total in about 1,5 hours that we were there. However, our waitress Lavonda ? was excellent and probably deserves a raise or at least a bonus for all her hard work. Our food was great, the steak was perfectly cooked, no complaints whatsoever. Our experience was better than expected after taking a while to be seated. I would definitely recommend them and I hope they get some help soon.

The restaurant's online menu listed a larger variety of food items than what was actually available in person. They had only three starter options, no filet or porterhouse steak, and only three choices for non-steak entrees. The food was mediocre, and my husband's steak was significantly undercooked. We met a cousin during a 3 hour layover and needed to find a suitable restaurant for dinner. This place is a hidden gem!Food and drinks were tasty. Beer selection was decent. And best of all the place was quiet so we were able to have good conversation. Monae was a great waitress she was friendly and very attentive.Food: 5/5

After being in Michigan for a week for work I decided to treat myself to a steak dinner. The service was amazing there were only two ladies working the front but they got it done! I had french onion soup, a steak and a potato all were fabulous!

We had great service by Margie! I was surprised that a Holiday Inn had a good restaurant. The Shanghai Shrimp was delicious. The homemade ranch dressing for the fresh veggie salad hit the spot. Bourbon Chicken was spot on as well.

They were definitely busy and all the staff hustled. Food was good. Came out hot !! Not sure why there are bad reviews?? Would definitely return. and having a good timr.
