First visit to Urbano today and we weren't disappointed. Although it was very busy, we were greated by a very friendly member of staff and shown to a table. We only wanted drinks and were offered cocktail suggestions, one of which we chose it was so good, we ordered a second one each. Service was quick, staff were all smiling and friendly. We will definitely return for food next time we are in Chester.
Ordered some takeaway away pizzas and we were very disappointed. Margarita pizza had 1 leaf of Basil (yes one leaf) in the centre?? Capri pizza had 3 tiny pieces of artichoke and a few small slices of mushroom. Really poor value and quality with an obvious lack of ingredients which meant that the pizzas were the worst we’ve experienced in Chester. Would definitely not recommend.
The restaurant serves a great variety of delicious pizzas and other dishes, including the special chips we chose. The children's menu also offers generous portion sizes. The atmosphere is fantastic, the customer service is excellent, and the lady who served us was incredibly helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
My husband and I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My husband ordered a margarita pizza while I opted for the goat pizza, which included mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, and goat cheese. The thin crust sourdough bases were delicious and very satisfying. My husband I are on a tour of UK. We found this restaurant while walking around Chester. What a fantastic place for the best pizza and friendliness efficiency of staff. We ate there 2 times and would definitely recommend this place. Ben, one of the GM, was so nice, as well as quite funny.
Just had lunch and what a pleasure it was! Had pizza blue and capri pizza both hot and delicious As soon as we sat down we were given a glass of water, the service was good and we were treated very well. Next time we are in Chester we will be back thanks!!!
Nice sunny day in Chester and wanted coffee break. Chose this one as it looked good! Sat outside. Lovely smiley service and the coffee was good. Toilets inside were immaculate and bespoke. Great souly music playing inside too. Loved it.
