Great in price and quality. I only complain that the steel as the plate they use for din. It's definitely not good with the fish. I wish the owner had tried this way... It must be a well-coated stainless steel for the fish if the owner wants to keep the concept (and I liked the presentation . This metal taste ruined this big poke only to respond to the owner's comment, it was the plate itself not to appreciate the fish or sauce... I will visit your answer again:

Incredible quality and taste. Not horribly expensive. Pretty quick service. 15 local lifeguards got in line behind me, which was very validating. The tables were a little dirty.
