July 2023. The review is 5 stars for the management of an issue. We arrived after a mountain walk, with one of the members with a broken boot. We had to go down to Arrasate, to catch a bus back from there, but with that broken boot it was impossible. First they offered us boots to go down, but the size did not match. Then the owner's daughter offered to take us down when her shift was over. Finally, it was a friend of his who dropped us off in his van. At the time of paying for the trip, he has flatly refused, no matter how much we have insisted. For all this alone, they deserve 5 stars. I cannot comment on the rooms. I would highlight the starters as a strong point, all delicious. As for the fish, which are very expensive (almost €50), they were tasteless. I also don't like that they charge €2.50 for a bottle of water when they get jugs of water out of the tap at the next table. And I also don't see it as normal to charge €7 for bread, it's crazy to charge that kind of money.
