My husband and I enjoy splitting the bun noodle salad with beef. They give such generous portions that it's definitely enough for two, especially if you want to try some of their tasty appetizers. We've also enjoyed their cream cheese wontons, pork egg rolls, and fresh spring rolls. The staff are always so sweet, attentive, and the service is fast. On a Saturday evening, we were seated right away and were in and out within 45 minutes! They seem to do exceptionally well with the Vietnamese dishes, but we've just liked (not loved) some of the food you might find at Chinese or Thai restaurants. This is that secret pho joint. All the Asian workers in the commercial park eat lunch here. Often find adventurous business lunches here also. Service is fast and friendly. Broth is one of the most consistent places I’ve ever been to. Hard for me to eat out pho because I’m always comparing it to how I make it at home. This place fits the bill. It’s like that one aunt who knows how to make good broth. Please stop stealing the chili garlic oil. They deserve better from their customers.
I ordered a beef noodle salad and two vegetarian spring rolls. To begin with, the portion size was too much for me and I couldn't finish it all. The spring rolls were quite large and very tasty, and they came with their own sauce. The salad paired well with the spring rolls, as it was not too heavy and had a good balance of meat and noodles. The food at this restaurant is delicious. The woman who usually works at the counter is always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere inside is great for dining. My favorite dish is the fried rice with mock duck, and we always order the crab Rangoon or egg rolls. We frequently get takeout from V Bistro and I always enjoy it. Their service for take out is very reliable.
