V. Mertz - Réservation de table

This is undoubtedly the best meal I've ever had. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. The wine selection is extensive and priced well. The charcuterie meats had the perfect texture and flavor. I ordered the pepper steak, which is their signature dish, and it was cooked to perfection with a beautifully seared crust on one side. I also had a chance to taste the duck, which was among the best I've ever experienced. Chef Kyle Lamb and the staff at V. Mertz are truly at the top of their game. This was, without a doubt, the best meal I've ever had.

I took my wife here for our 1 year anniversary and we were blown away from the amazing service. We felt very well taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a romantic date. I called to make reservations and the staff went above and beyond to help me have something romantic waiting at the table for my wife! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious food! Our server, Jonathan, made excellent recommendations; he suggested the salmon for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. Jonathan was also very knowledgeable about the duck I ordered. I've never had duck so tender—it practically melted in my mouth. The crème brûlée and carrot cake were both fantastic as well. Kudos to the chef!

Went here to celebrate Valentines Weekend and was treated like true royalty. The chef made a couple small plates to try and then we had our main course, bottle of wine and a dessert. It was beyond delicious and our server was fantastic! We will be celebrating more often at V. Mertz! It's a must try in Omaha! Réservez une table maintenant

Had dinner last night at V Mertz. Our favorite restaurant. We took an out of town visitor there. He was very impressed. Food, as usual, was excellent. And, David, our favorite waiter was superb as usual. He did a wonderful job of suggesting a menu and wine.

Intimate setting, great service. We had the charcuterie with house made sausage and in house sour dough bread very good, buratta and our entree of duck on a bed of lentils with roasted mushroom and a white mole sauce. The entire meal was exceptional.

Sean was our server. Crisp Caviar, amazing squeaky salad! Peppercorn steak was perfect. Finished with the creme Brulee. Sean suggested the Day Zin... super knowledgeable and fun! Thank you for an amazing experience
