Vaca Loca - Réserver une table

A little gem in los Cristianos, the owners from Switzerland serve excellent cheese fondues, I ate so many fondues in my life, but very few have been as good. I can recommend as starter the swiss cheese and sausage salate or a raclette too. As main course, the steak tartare, the fondue chinoise or bourgingnon with their home made sauces are fantastic and worth to taste. The menu is small and for this reason they work with fresh ingredients.

Un ristorante molto buono con specialità’ svizzere: Fondue au fromage y Fondue Bourguignon. I proprietari gentili, simpatici. Veramente soddisfatti e contenti di essere venuti qua a cena! Grazie!

Camareros muy majos y atentos. A veces no llegan a tiempo con las mesas porque el camarero de la barra no está pendiente de ayudar a las mesas.

La comida, aunque diferente (fondue al aceite), no estaba mal. Si acaso elegimos mal día . 2 teles con fútbol puesto.
