Went for an afternoon lunch on Sunday. Didn't realize how short staffed they were before we sat down. The waitress was very sweet and did her best to keep up. They had 2 servers at the point while we were there. It took over an hour for us to get a pizza and get out. Other than a slower service than we expected the food was delicious and I would definitely visit again. We ordered garlic knots, cheese sticks and a pizza. I love the flavor of their sauce for dipping the bread. We will definitely be back for another visit. I'm sure we all have worked where others put the strain on the rest of the team.
On September 7, 2024, I tried the Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan, both of which were quite good, and the spaghetti side was delicious. This place has an old-school New York-style pizzeria and Italian restaurant vibe. Since the mall is set to be demolished, don't expect much from the interior. However, their tomato sauce, garlic knots, meatballs, and Italian sausage are exceptional. The salads are average, but my Aglio e Olio was perfectly cooked and tasty. I prefer real Parmesan cheese for my entrees rather than the powdered variety. The service was good.
I ordered A Mediterranean medium pizza which was a specialty pizza. I ordered two pieces of brownie Reeses cheesecake and a side order of eggplant two pieces of eggplant no sauce. The total was $54.37. I’m looking at their menu online and they’re stating that the prices are two years old yet when you get a receipt at the restaurant doesn’t break down the price of each item. It just gives you a total $54.37 for a medium pizza and two pieces of pie is ridiculous. I thought I was back in Copenhagen for a minute.
I've been coming here for 10 years, and I've never experienced service as terrible as what I encountered last night! The food is always fantastic; my chicken Marsala was delicious as usual, and my husband's lasagna was perfect as well. I spoke with the cashier, who mentioned that she was new. Next time I visit, if she's still working there, I hope she won't be the one serving me. Réservez une table maintenant
Our party had 3 different pasta dishes and all were good. One of us had the fish plate and he said the fish had a good flavor. Also, a nice option for a .99 cent replate for the fish. Our waitress, Hannah was on top of everything. Very friendly and helpful! Loved this place!
