Valicenti Pasta Farm

I purchased two frozen packages of your manicotti at Apple Crest Farms in Hampton Falls,N.H. and it was nothing but pure mush when cooked according to directions. The pasta had disintegrated and tasted horrible. I Had to throw it away! Was so embarrassed as I had company. I paid $14.00 ea. for that mess! I thought you should know! Please don't tell me something must be wrong with my oven. It's new and everything else cooks fine.

My partner is a chef and I love to cook as well. We purchased your ravioli, made a sauce with tomatoes, onions(yes) , garlic and basil. All from local farms. Heavenly. Your ravioli is outstanding. Truly outstanding. Looking forward to trying every variety and visiting the farm shop.

I got garlic scape pasta from my CSA…..I wanted to love it because it was made locally….sorry but, it was like wallpaper pasteI’ll stick to making my own pasta

Been a fan for a few years now! My 9 month old daughter became a fan tonight had her first red gravy! Fantastic pasta, pesto red gravy! We love it all! Réservez une table maintenant

Just got a pack of the lobster ravioli’s for dinner from the Billerica Farmers Market and they are incredible!!! So delicious and fresh!!!
