I visited Valley Lodge yesterday for fried clams with my sister. Unfortunately, they no longer have them on the menu. When we arrived, my sister spoke with the owner and shared that our dad used to take us there when we were kids in the 70s. Even though we now live out of state, we always make a special trip for fried clams whenever we're passing through Glenview. The owner was incredibly kind and had the cook prepare some for us! We were thrilled, and they tasted just as amazing as we remembered! It was a delightful lunch, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Valley Lodge!
I've visited this restaurant twice; my last visit was for lunch dine-in, and today I opted for takeout for dinner. Both experiences have been very enjoyable. While I waited for my order today, I noticed how well-coordinated the staff was—they truly operate like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was very polite, and I was particularly impressed by their teamwork. And let's not forget the food; it's excellent. So far, I've only tried the pretzel bites, but I'm eager to explore more menu items in the future. My mom especially enjoyed the Angus sliders.
I absolutely adore Valley Lodge! The bartenders and staff are incredibly welcoming. The food is fantastic and definitely worth the price. It’s one of our favorite spots to gather with friends!
There Saganaki Burger blows every burger I have ever had out of the water. My mouth will be dreaming for months on end for another tsst of the Sweet Potatoe Maple Cheese Cake.

New valley lodge of wilmette= top notch! Great new menu items, awesome vibe, excellent bar area. As expected job well done!! Look forward to many a night there to come!
