We had a combination with film world and a deluxe room for us and our friends. At 10:00, we came to the hotel after a long day of amusement park. On arrival, terrible noise of all sorts of events, but checking in, we wouldn't hear that in the rooms. Came into the rooms, it was the first 23 degrees. Thermostat/airco locker didn't do it in our friends' room and our locker worked but the ventilator or air conditioner didn't. In our room was a terrible sound of the music. And we wanted to sleep. Our friends from the other room were tired of contacting the reception. He didn't want to do anything first, but after getting angry, they got another room. We could use this offer, too. Believe it or not. I've never been in such a nice room, next door, call it an apartment. We both have the suites. Real top solved. You can prize yourself for that. Unfortunately, at 6:00 in the morning, another car alarm went off at 5 minutes, but it'll be able to enjoy the nice room extra long. Breakfast Buffet was great. The papers should have been a little fresher, but all that's neat and sufficient. Personnel was nice. If there's a nice offer, we're definitely going another night. Thanks for the Valk!
We were brunching today with 12 people in the van der Valk and were all very enthusiastic. The staff was super attentive: We were greeted with champagne/orange juice at the arrival. Empty plates were removed very quickly and I would like to emphasize particularly positively that a very nice service lady has even unquestionedly brought us a vase with water for flowers to the table when she discovered the bouquet!! Thank you for that! All in all, they realized that they were trained service personnel. I myself came with prams and had some concern beforehand to not be able to put them at the table for reasons of space. However, the tables in the Brunch room are all sufficiently far apart so that I could easily dispose the stroller right next to me without hindering the other guests. Thanks to the generous distribution of the tables, one did not feel like sitting on the lap to other guests, as is the case in some other restaurants. Both the breakfast buffet and the brunch buffet were very lush and easy for any taste. The dishes were always fresh and were refilled very quickly if something went out. Conclusion: We are happy to come back!
We were 4 people (2 weeks. Everything felt as good as on holiday with delicious drinks on the sun terrace and also great ambience throughout the hotel. Small deduction in the B note was really warm and there was no climate and through the balconies was not to think about thanks to pendtrant screams and getrampel, but that was then more to the restless parents who left their children the balcony tomorrow halfway 7
My little bite with 2 children, just great. The staff incredibly beautiful, the rooms super and clean, the breakfast just great. We like to come back. What annoying was the people who are completely uncomfortable and in the morning at 6: 00 bang the doors or give Hup concerts in the parking lot to say goodbye to friends.
