Vanille et Chocolat

We happened upon this little ice cream, sandwich shop while in St. Maarten last year. We have returned every time we go to St. Maarten. The couple that own it are so very kind and friendly. The Ice Cream is homemade and is the best we have ever had, my husband particularly loves the Pistachio. The sandwiches are divine and all the portions are very generous. You can use your wi-fi while there if you need to. It's the perfect spot for a lunch or snack. We LOVE this little place and the couple that run it.

I return again and again to this place for their salad Orféo! A huge salad with smoked bacon, Roquefort cheese, golden sultanas, apple and walnut!! I ask for my 'usual' now, as I'm not a fan of blue cheese so I ask for goat's cheese instead - nothing is too much trouble for the friendly hosts here!! Fab pizzas (try the Fada) and amazing ice creams!! One not to miss.

Après de nombreuses années, nous sommes retournés dans cet endroit pour les vacances et avons pris le dîner et le déjeuner à des prix raisonnables. Bonnes pizzas et crêpes, fabuleuses coupes de glace. Personnel amical et rapide, bien que cela puisse être parfois animé. Bon vin rouge maison ! Essayez juste. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

We made a lunch stop here after driving through the Gorges de l’Ardeche. A home-made burger and chips, crepes and ice cream, coffees and a bottle of water came to 28 Euros which was good value. The non-English-speaking waitress was very friendly and the café is in a pleasant square overlooking the River Ardeche.

Veuillez éviter ce lieu. Nous avons laissé la moitié des plats. Ils font des efforts en matière de repas, mais ils ont atteint leurs limites. Piège à touristes.
