This vapiano is always very full and crowded, so you have to get a card, order the dish at the counter and they will update this card which you will pay at the end before you are leaving. So its a self service systeme here. The vegan options are acceptable. But you can always order a pizza without cheese. I really like the Pizza Vegetaria type. If you order pasta, make sure you aren't that hungry, because the portions are kinda small ;

The place is nice, although the view is not spectacular. It's inside a supermarket. It's fast and innovative, but it's not a restaurant. The pizza and salads are not bad. But the pasta definitely not, it's fresh but raw. You can dig it after one...week. Unfortunately, it has the Italian name and people that are not Italians thinks that is good and cool when is not. Vote 3. There is even worse.
Vapiano is a fast food chain for italian food. They offer several vegan options which are all tasting very good. I‘d highly recommend going wih the crema di funghi. Please notice that most of the vegetarian meals can also be made vegan. As a subsitute product for cream, they use alpro vegan cream. The place is very naturally decorated and especially the light is very beautiful. The idea of how to get the food and also that you can see it prepared is also beautiful. The quality of food is quite high for the money you pay. It's a chain, but I think they care about their quality a lot.
It must be the worst Vapiano. The food is Italy, but it is quite far from the origin. I had a caprese consisting of ice-cold mozzarella in a large piece and cold tomatoes. That on a bed of rucola....No taste ever. I also had a Carbonara. Super dry with very low quality ham. Not good.
