The food is good. I had the lasagna, not the best, but my friends' pasta dishes were good. A nice concept, although it's a bit of a challenge when no one explains things to you upon arrival. The staff wasn't very friendly. The red wine we wanted on the menu was unfortunately out, but they didn't offer any suggestions for what we could have. I'm afraid they didn't put gin in my gin and tonic either. And unfortunately, I didn't see any of the staff smiling, only with each other behind the bar. The atmosphere was good, even if you make your own. I've had an equally good or better meal elsewhere. I'd rather not go back.
We ate Gamberetti e Spinaci with Linguine there on December 10, 2025. Everything was perfect and tasted great and Reef 'N ' Beef with spaghetti. Unfortunately, there were no cherry tomatoes or basil; instead, there was flat-leaf parsley on top. I also noticed that all the staff wearing white blouses were rumpled and unironed. Appearance matters to me. The staff were all very friendly. We found it very noisy there, even though there weren 't many guests at 5:15 pm. The restrooms appeared to be very clean.
Limited food selection. Depending on what you order, you have to order, queue, and pick up your food at three different locations. You end up chasing after it. It's not automatically taken to a designated spot at the counter. Completely inflexible and annoying. Some seats are uncomfortable and lack backrests. The food quality is so-so, but at least it's inexpensive. Quite suitable for families with small children. I wouldn't go back.
I was there when it was very busy, but the staff were still very friendly and dedicated to serving all guests as quickly as possible. Because of the large number of people, it was difficult to get a table with your food, as many had hung up their jackets to reserve a table and then only joined the queue when it was time to eat.

The staff taking food orders were incredibly unfriendly, the pizza was undercooked and soggy, and the bruschetta was as soft as stale toast. The tables were sticky, and the staff clearly didn't care about their jobs. Vapiano on Laxess – never again.
The pasta was tasty, but for €16 you can get that quality at any Italian restaurant… The carpaccio was awful, €15 for brown meat with just a few raw mushrooms carelessly drizzled on top. It's a shame, I used to like Vapiano…
The pizzas were okay, but nothing special... It was like they were missing seasoning... One pizza was way too dark... Vapiano used to be really good... It isn't anymore, and it's not cheap either.
We spontaneously decided to eat here before a concert and were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Service was quick and the food was excellent. We'd gladly come again.

The pizza was burnt, and we had to order different dishes from different counters. We had to search for cutlery and napkins from various counters. Paying was total chaos.
