Wir besuchten Varen für eine Nacht. Zum Abendessen dinierten wir hier. Sehr viel erwartet haben wir nicht, umso überraschter waren wir ab der grossen Portion und es war sehr gut! Hirschentrecote mit Nudeln, Birnenhälfte, Rotkraut und Rosenkohl. Auch die Bedienung war dezent, aber aufmerksam. Empfehlenswert!
