The best steak I have eaten in Montreal. Cooked to perfection. Great location and ambiance, the service was excellent. I started with a greens salad and had rice and mixed vegetables with the steak. All were well prepared and artistically plated. I had crème brûlée for dessert. I will be back to Vargas the next time I am here. Bravo.
I made resevations without knowing anything about this place but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing! The caesar salad was out of this world, the onion rings with the chipotle mayo were mouth watering and the steak was tender, juicy and delicious. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food was incredible, as was the service. We had the pleasure of being served by Berta, who was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great night!
