Hi and my gender neutral wife where craving some hot wings from Varsity Bar Waterford,located right next to curtin university. i parked the lambo outside the (joint) and wandered in. one of the employees, Frank, turn slowly, our eyes locked as wadelled my trotters staright past him to the back of the establishment. before I could even sit down, I screamed wings! , and then a very nervous frank galloped towards me and my other kin at a speed that sloshed his hot sticky sauce all over the place. Burgers, beers, big screens! Varsity have taken over what used to be the Waterford and originally Hippocreek in the Waterford Plaza near Curtin University. Creating the best iteration of this venue! Now with more bar tables and stools the place feels more dense and on a Monday night was buzzing. Monday's special is wings so we grabbed a baskets plus some burgers and drinks. The wings were doused in Franks hot sauce making them sticky spicy and delicious. Burgers were cooked perfectly and served with crisp hot chips. We washed our meal down with a Matso's Ginger Beer and Colonial Small Ale. All up a great meal in a great venue. I look forward to the rivalry between the north and south venues....

I am the driver who always supplies food from their restaurant. but today I have a difference from their crew because I have commanded two? therefore we gave ourselves and they appreciate the time and everything. what the driver can do is accept the order and send the order. the driver cannot move the orders until they both have orders. but one of their male crew gave me the blame that I could not have two commands next time, since the first is ready and even gave me a difference afterwards? do I want to have a late cancellation of the impunity? I am a regular take out at this joint. I love their burgers, chips are good but always on the warm/cool side. I have never had hot chips from this place even if dinning in or having to wait for my takeout to be finished. Great atmosphere if you are dinning in! I would recommend the Cheeseburger Deluxe and chips with cheese and bacon bits. Yum! Réservez une table maintenant

Relaxed vibe, great burgers and sport on big screens!!! What more could you need? Love the vibe of this place. Staff are so friendly and service is prompt. Great place to go for some burgers or hotdogs at a good price but don't come if you want some healthy options.

If you enjoy busy environments and americanised food, this is the spot to go! The food is not extremely flavourful but the portion sizes are great and will definitely fill you up. Fun spot, free pool, rooftop bar, loved it!

I must say I have a pack for two of over eaten and the price was not low, compared to the amount and quality of food, the wing had a terrible smell and the burgers were tiny and cold. I will not order again.
