this is a good little Asian restaurant, it has no bells and whistle it produces only good eating in a very simple restaurant. it reminds me of the many restaurants that I visited all over Asia. there is nothing nice here, you go to sit-down, command, then eat away. This place is very popular with Asian students from uni next door. eating is very authentic, without sweet sticky sauces for watering out her taste. I must say that the hainanese chicken and rice is the best thing I had outside of singapur, they call it poached huhn with ingwer here. this is a good little restaurant if you want a fast authentic Asian meal.
In the area and looked for a Thai meal but they had a half hour wait so walks around the corner and found Chinese. The lunch specials looked enticing. I had the sweet sour pork with fried rice which I found very tasty...and good value for money. My wife chose to honey chicken with steamed rice which she found ok but spent the whole meal coveting my choice, which meant I had to leave her some of mine. Good but not fantastic.
This is a regular of ours as live nearby. It is typical Chinese Restaurant of the simple decor and table cloths etc. BYO so great value. We have the roast duck...delicious! also salt and pepper flounder..yum!! and the Chinese Broccoli in garlic. Fills...us up, great sharing dishes and the staff are very friendly.
This was our first time having lunch here and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the sweet and sour pork with roasted rice and the satay chicken with chili and rice. We will definitely be returning. Our doctor recommended this restaurant to us and we will be going back with friends for dinner.

The food is fantastic and everything is very clean. The dishes are all freshly made and the prices are great. The staff is very friendly and it's BYO, which makes it even more affordable. We make sure to visit this restaurant every Christmas when we come over from the UK.
beautiful people, but food choices are limited. that eats quickly, but it's a taste. the price is very reasonable, but I would not return. I asked about rice and got so little it wasn't funny.
I had takeaway here on a Sunday night. My meal was quickly served and tasted nice at a pretty good price. Not much else was open in the area at the time either.
We recently had the best Chinese meal in a long time at this restaurant! The staff was friendly and didn't rush us out. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely people, clean and neat older style restaurant. Dim sims were cabbage. If you love cabbage, you will like them. Chicken laksa was bland.
we had suppe, fish and vegetables that were just right and well made - served by a very friendly lady!
