bei vasco de gamma als restaurant-name kann man von porugiesischer küche ausgehen :-) nord- oder süd-portugiesisch , oder weil es ein seefahrer war , die internationale küche der länder , die er entdeckt und bereist hat ... ich weiss es nicht und herausgefunden habe ich es auch nicht :-) es war gut , aber eine stilrichtung habe ich nicht herausgefunden :-)
