Vaughan’s Tapas Cocktail

We have visited Vaughan’s a couple of times during the past week – once on a Sunday afternoon to see a live band and then for drinks with friends on a Saturday evening. The live band we saw on the Sunday (Steel Wizard) play there quite regularly and they were very entertaining. The sound quality in the room was surprisingly good and it would be nice to see the live band there on a Saturday evening (instead of a Sunday) so we could really make a night of it. There was a DJ on the Saturday night. On both occasions the bar was very busy with a lively atmosphere and friendly vibe. The staff are very welcoming, the drinks prices are extremely reasonable and they have a huge selection of spirits....

While on vacation, we decided to try the crab sandwich at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that it was more like a crab paste instead of the thick white crab meat we had enjoyed in previous years. The cost was £34.50 for three sandwiches, which was quite pricey. As a result, we only visited the restaurant once during our trip instead of making it a daily stop.

fantastic. I and my other half had the vegetarian mezzo board with garlic prawns and patatas bravas with several cocktails for their birthday. they were thinking enough to move ballons. friendly staff. would definitely recommend this place and will not hesitate.

very nice modern apartment. relax for lunch beer. the staff was friendly and the beer was excellent. I visited.

nice pub, they have bands playing regularly, it has to do, especially if they want to see a band
