Do NOT have Sara P as your waitress. We eat here all the time however this was my second time having her as our waitress. She is always incredibly rude. She gave us our waters and it took her 30 minutes to come back to take our food order. We got our food and the food was amazing as always. However she did not come back to check on us. When it was time to pay for the checks I paid in cash BIG MISTAKE. She took it upon herself to keep the change for low quality service. No ma’am. On Thursday evening, I ordered 20 wings and a large fries from your South Riding location. Unfortunately, every time I get fries, they come in a styrofoam container and end up soggy by the time I get home. Recently, I’ve tried waiting in the restaurant to open the box right away in hopes of preventing the issue, but this time, by the time I reached my car, the fries were completely soaked. It seems they closed the container while waiting for the wings. I didn’t have time to go back in and ask for a refund. I find it hard to believe you don’t know how to properly pack to-go fries. Additionally, the wings melted through the styrofoam box, which doesn’t seem very healthy.
This place has the best wings and fried pickles! The outdoor seating is fantastic for spring and summer, and I really enjoy visiting with my family. We’re almost always welcomed right away when we arrive. Our server, Sarah P, is incredibly attentive; she never lets our drinks run dry and keeps the kids entertained while we wait for our food. Her friendly personality is what keeps us coming back! I absolutely adore her! This is definitely our favorite wing spot! As for kid-friendliness, I love that each booth has a TV, which is perfect for keeping the kids entertained.
I’ve been coming here for years. It feels like they are on the downslide to the end. The food isn’t as fresh and consistent, they have a new menu but it doesn’t have their side items and is a more limited menu. I haven’t seen it busy in a while. I’ve found other wing places that have better wings that are better in flavor, juiciness, and consistency so I don’t order wings anymore. I had a salad tonight and you could tell the ingredients were old (pink on the lettuce ends). I hope they make it because I like having a neighborhood spot to go too.

I was served 2 burgers, 1 overcooked, (pictured) 1 undercooked. Was promised a refund, I spent $18 was promised by store manager , While on the premises. Then spoke with someone else. No refund, offered a $5 gift card. Disappointed in customer service. And the RAW burger. ,
My experience at this restaurant was just average. I found the food to be somewhat overpriced for what you receive. While there was nothing particularly wrong with it, I think I'll opt for a different place next time considering the cost.
Food is ok, nothing remarkable except the price. Ghat is remarkably high. The quality if the food and the atmosphere don't warrant what they charge you. Not impressed.
Auston is always on point with service and so is the food!Update: I had another great experience today, can't say enough great things about Auston and the staff!
