When we entered nobody greeted us with a hello or similar, just blank stares. We ordered two cappuccinos but were given double (doppio) cappuccinos without having requested them. Price difference 2.40 EUR to 3.50 EUR each (for self-service!), so almost 50% more. We told them we hadn't ordered them but they said they were already made. There was no apology and no refund. We won't be going back.
Das Eis war recht lecker, allerdings sehr teuer und was heutzutage überhaupt nicht mehr okay ist: Einweg-Plastikschalen, statt schöne Gläser, wie man es von anderen Eisdielen her kennt, sowie Plastiklöffel.
