It is almost impossible to find very good Italian cuisine in this part of Spain. We have tried most of the restaurants rated highly on TripAdvisor and for authenticity they range from poor to ok. Somebody told us that this restaurant had an Italian chef and we should try it. Well, the pasta dishes were really excellent with sauces made just how we would expect them in a top Italian restaurant anywhere else in the world. We had a spaghetti arabiatta and another pasta with fresh tomato and basil. The pizza was really authentic. The service was extremely friendly and efficient.
