Veraisons at Glenora Wine Cellars

I had made reservations on Opentable for 6:30 a week before the time, as we had vacation there. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had our reservation, but told us that there was a wedding party that takes up the entire room of the restaurant and that we would sit in the secondary dining area. We were led down, which I can only describe as a large office space or small conference room (with a window wall) without atmosphere. Needless to say... we left. I understand the booking of a wedding, but what bothered me was that the restaurant would have called guests and informed them before that we would not be in the main dining area due to the wedding... which is one of the important parts o...

This place has the potential to be a wonderful restaurant - HOWEVER- the food is overpriced and honest, terrible. We sent three things back from four people in our party. Very disappointing. Go for the wine or for a few appetizers and enjoy the magnificent view, but don't waste your money on a meal.

Worst experience ever. Wedding going which was never told to us. Jumping up and down above where we are eating. Absolutely horrible. Wait staff running up and down stairs, taking forever. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first visit to Veraisons and it was perfect! From salad to dessert everything was delicious. The selection of wine pairing was at the top. This is a must if you're in the area!
